What makes Zumba different?
Zumba uses international dance styles to create a dynamic and exciting fitness experience. There’s music for everyone’s taste: Salsa, Merengue, Tango, Hip Hop, Bollywood, Belly-dance, Retro Disco, current chart music…
Unlike Aerobics, Zumba uses a track-by-track format to give lots of variety to the class – it’s quite unlike any other fitness class that you will have tried.
Why is Zumba so effective?
Zumba is a cardio-based work-out and so will get you burning fat and using calories. Not only that, the moves are designed to tone the entire body – abs, thighs, hips, waist, arms – Zumba works them all!
Who is Zumba for?
Zumba is for everyone, whatever fitness level, background or age; it’s easy-to-follow moves can be taken at your own level. If you think you’ve got two left feet and complicated choreography fills you with dread, you’ll love the fact that Zumba is so achievable and yet exciting and motivating.

Where can I find Zumba with Liz?
There’s nothing like coming to a class to get the real feel of Zumba. My ZUMBA GOLD classes are taking place at Angmering and Durrington on a drop in basis and cost £5. Wear comfortable clothes and trainers. Bring a drink – you will get warm!
